The Living Word
God's Word is alive. Let it speak to you today — wherever you are, whatever you are facing.
Verse of the Day
"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
— Isaiah 41:10
Start Here
These verses form the heart of the gospel. If you are new to the Bible, start here.
Romans 3:23
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
We all need a Savior.
Romans 6:23
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Sin has a cost — but God offers a gift.
Romans 5:8
"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
He did not wait for us to be good.
John 3:16
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
The most famous verse in the Bible — for good reason.
Romans 10:9
"If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
Salvation is a declaration and a belief.
Romans 10:13
"For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
Everyone. That includes you.
Daily Readings
Short, honest reflections on scripture — written for real life, not just Sunday mornings.
"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."
Hope in the world is fragile — it depends on circumstances, on people, on outcomes we cannot control. But the hope God offers is different. It is anchored not in what might happen, but in what has already happened: the resurrection of Jesus. Because He rose, we know that death is not the end, that suffering is not the final word, and that God keeps His promises. This hope does not disappoint because it rests on a Person who cannot fail.
Reflection
What are you placing your hope in today? How might anchoring it in Jesus change how you face the week ahead?
Hebrews 4:12
"For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit."
If God is speaking to your heart through His Word, don't let the moment pass. Reach out — we would love to pray with you.
